الخطة التشغيلية لوحدة متابعة الخريجين
اختصاصات الوحدة:
1- انشاء الموقع الالكترونى الخاص بوحدة متابعة الخريجين
2- انشاء رابطة الخريجين (رابطة خريجى كلية الصيدلة جامعة طنطا)*
3- العمل على ربط الخريج بكلية الصيدله (الموطن الاصلى) جامعة طنطا
4- العمل على ربط الخريج بسوق العمل
5- العمل على الارتقاء بمستوى الخريج ليتناسب مع متطلبات سوق العمل
6- بحث المشاكل المتعلقه بالخريجين ومحاولة ايجاد الحلول اللازمه
7- انشاء قاعدة بيانات تشتمل على كل ما يخص الخريجين من بيانات لتسهيل الاتصال والتواجد معهم
8- توفير فرص العمل الجيده والاعلان عنها لكل الخريجين
انشطة واجندة الوحدة لعام 2010/2011
1- اطلاق الموقع الالكترونى الخاص بوحدة متابعة الخريجين على شبكة الانترنت.
2- انشاء اول قاعدة بيانات خاصة بالخريجين .
3- انشاء وتكوين اول نواة لرابطة الخريجين(رابطة خريجى كلية الصيدلة جامعة طنطا)*
4- اتخاذ الخطوات الازمة لاقامة يوم المهنة الاول لطلاب كلية الصيدلة جامعة طنطا .
5- اتخاذ الخطوات الازمة لانشاء وتفعيل الملتقى الاول لقدامى الخريجين من الدفعه الاولى الى الدفعه العاشرة وذلك ضمن فاعليات يوم الخرجين السنوى.
6- تكريم المتميزين من الخريجين لاوائل المواد والحاصلين على درجتي الماجستير والدكتوراه كتقليد سنوي متبع .
7- البدء فى عمل ندوات وورش عمل خاصة بالتعلبم الصيدلى المستمر .
